When the playbook doesn’t exist, I teach teams how to build their own.

I’d rather be useful than motivational. I teach frameworks for navigating uncertainty, making decisions when the path isn’t clear, and building something when the rules weren’t written for you.

I’ve done it myself: pitched my way into BBC and Business Insider at 17, earned a full scholarship to Harvard, and traveled to 17 countries with my guide dog. I know what it takes to move forward when no one is handing you the answers.

I work with teams in uncertain times.

Companies bring me in at turning points: kicking off the new year and wanting to reset the energy, launching a product or initiative where there’s no proven path, coming back together after layoffs or restructuring, preparing for a season that’s going to demand a lot, or finally having the inclusion conversation in a way that sticks. Keynote

30–60 minutes + Q&A

My signature talk, customized for your team. I share the frameworks I’ve used to navigate impossible situations, from cold-pitching 150 editors to speaking at the UN to traveling the world with a guide dog. Your audience leaves with concrete tools they can actually apply.


Workshop

60–90 minutes, interactive

Hands-on sessions where your team practices the frameworks. I’ve run workshops on pitching and persistence, starting from zero when everything’s against you, and building systems that support high performance. Real exercises, real work.


The Full Day

Keynote + workshop + lunch or smaller session

For teams that want to go deeper. We start with the keynote, move into a working session, and close with something more intimate like a leadership lunch or Q&A with executives.
